Centennial College, Toronto, ON- Prime Contractor, 45,000sf
Multi-phased project- first phase entailed the paint and auto body shops, complete upgrades to mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, fire alarm and exhaust systems to accommodate the new SIMA paint booths and PPG explosion proof rooms.
Second phase- modernization of the corridors, classrooms and cafeteria eating areas. Third phase- exterior architectural upgrading with metal cladding, stucco and canopy finishes with access ramps and overhead doors.
